All of our garments are designed, cut, and sewn in house, completely under one roof. Our current production time of one to three item order is 3-7 working days.

We ship worldwide. 

International orders ship via FEDEX and arrive in 3-4 days after production for most countries but sometimes can take up to 1 week.

Orders within the Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia ship via Omniva parcel service and typically arrive in 2-3 business days after production or Ominiva courier service and typically arrive in 2-3 business days after production.

 

Orders in Baltic states 

Orders within Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia ship via Omniva Parcel Service or Omniva courier service and typically arrive in next business day after production. If you choose shipping service via Omniva parcel service, your order will be shipped to your nearest Omniva Parcel mashine and you will receive a note from Omniva service when it is possible to get your order.
If you choose Omniva courier you will receive your order from courier in your address in your hands. 

All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

 

International orders

Every international order include tracking information.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. 

Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

How to place an order?

Add the desired products to your chopping cart to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via PayPal or via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:

-Visa / MasterCard credit card payment

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any ordered item except gift cards and sale items in the same condition as received, with all labels attached within 14 days after received for a full refund for FREE.

You should expect to receive your refund within five working days after we have received the returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

If you need to return an item, simply drop us an email kaspars@talented.company. We'll notify you how to proceed further.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return shipping instructions

Complete the printed Return form available on the original packing slip and include it in the return package. If you can’t find your form, please contact us.

● Securely repackage your item(s) in the original order box if possible, if not use appropriate packaging for shipment.
● Use the return label provided  we have placed inside the box of your original order.

●  Call the courier Omniva to arrange pick up (regardless of the original shipping method and courier) or bring your parcel to a nearest Omniva Parcel mashine point. You can find further contact and access point information on www.omniva.lv . Please make sure the courier collects your parcel within 15 days from the delivery date.

We will verify and accept your order within 1-3 business days from when we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm the credit has been issued.

The refund you will receive will include both the costs of returned items and the original shipping costs. For our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to the order shipping costs (in case you have taken advantage of free shipping, your return will be costless).

Please note we can issue the refund only through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

However, if you prefer to use your own shipping method, please ship your return items to:

If you choose to return the package using a different courier or shipping method, all return shipping charges will be at your expense and must be pre-paid by you.

Talented will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or you need a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kaspars@talented.company and send your item to: Meza iela 4, Riga, LV-1048, Latvia.
