How long it takes to receive ordered item?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Since we make almost every item as ordered it may take up to 3-10 working days before we ship your order.

If you need the item ready for a specific date, contact us before ordering, we might be able to make it quicker. 

 

Has my order been shipped?

When your order leaves our workshop, we’ll email you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey through the courier's Omniva or DHL websites.

 

Can I place an order by phone?  

You have the additional option to place your order over the phone during our working hours 9:00 to 18:00 ( UTC+02:00 )

In this case we will send you an invoice to be paid online or in your bank.

You can also arrange a meeting in our studio Meza 4, 4th floor, Riga, Latvia and make your order there.

 

How will my TALENTED order be presented?

Our branded signature packaging is perfect if your purchase is a gift, although we do not currently offer a designated individual gift wrapping, gift messaging or gift receipt service for digital orders.

 

What does Store pick-up mean?

If you choose store pick-up as your shipping method, you will have to come to get your item/s to our studio Meza 4, 4th floor, Riga, Latvia. 

We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pick-up.

 

How do I return my online purchase, including faulty or incorrect items? 

If you need to return an item, simply drop us an email kaspars@talented.company. We'll notify you how to proceed further.

 

Do I need to create an account to be able to order?

You can still order with us by checking out as a guest.

I have a gift card, how do I use it?

Every gift card has a number. Simply enter the number in promotion code field at the check out. 

If your order is larger than your card, you will be given chance to pay the rest using your bank card or paypal. 

If your order is smaller, you will be able to use the rest of it later.

It is only possible to use one promotion code at a time.
